IGT machines are designed to internally enhance smooth tubes (IGT), The machines are equipped with high speed forming heads which transform smooth tube into IGT.
IN-ORDER has 3 different versions of IGT machines:V-Groove type, Belt type and Upward block. All 3 versions are capable of making IGT with an outside diameter (OD) between 5mm and 9.52mm. For OD’s larger than 12.7mm, the upward block design is a preferred option.
